Credit Analyst – Corporate Banking

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Key criteria

Credit Analyst should have been handling Indian Corporates with turnover over 1500 crs plus, corporates with min credit rating of A and above, analysed financials for working capital and term loans.

Key competence

- Prepare credit applications in the prescribed format along with spread sheet and other details required for submission.
- Monitor borrower’s compliance with credit terms on ongoing basis;
identify and advise early warning signals, conduct periodic valuation of collateral and monitoring timely repayments.
- Conduct regular credit checks for through CIBIL/CRILC/World Check/RBI Defaulters List/ ECGC Caution List.




- Conduct periodic review / monitoring of the Corporate Portfolio to maintain credit quality and advise initiating remedial action for the assets showing signs of weakness / delinquencies.
- Maintain appropriate records for ensuring completion of Annual Reviews in a timely manner Etc

Qualifications/Competencies

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Credit Appraisal, or Corporate Credit Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related discipline.
- Strong credit appraisal and analytical skills.
- Robust report writing and credit proposal drafting capabilities.
