- Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic financial analysis related to real estate transactions.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field;
experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.
- Manage and mentor the sales operations team to drive daily productivity, set clear KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
