- Mode - Hybrid (3 days from office)

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of technical projects -from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders.
- Tool Utilization: Use project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and reporting.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Agile Delivery: Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage ceremonies - without being confined to a Scrum Master role.
- Presentation & Reporting:



Create presentations and dashboards to communicate status, progress, and outcomes to leadership in the form of PS

Required Skills & Qualification

- 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Experience in in execution of Enterprise level Salesforce projects is required
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex projects
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and presentation platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce eco system
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Must have solid experience of working in Scaled Agile Methodology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
- Certified candidates are preferred (e.g., Secure, CSM or other Agile Certifications)
- Must be ready to work from office for atleast 3 days a week from Bangalore office.
