We are looking for an exceptional individual passionate about customer success and maximising adoption across EMEA. The Marketing Program Manager will conceptualise, plan and operationalise creative marketing programs that engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption through to loyalty, renewal and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and own the quarterly and annual EMEA program calendar across all three streams, aligned to global GTM strategy
2. Own end-to-end execution of webinars, customer roundtables and digital events, from initial brief through to post-event follow-up and reporting
3. Serve as the primary liaison with EMEA regional marketing teams and external creative and MarTech agencies; manage briefs, timelines and delivery
4. Coordinate with Creative, MarTech and Communications teams to produce integrated, on-brand campaign assets
5. Translate customer insights into high-impact, personalised lifecycle programs that drive adoption,



loyalty and renewal
6. Track KPIs and maintain performance dashboards; deliver executive-ready program reporting to leadership
7. Develop and maintain program templates, project plans, workflows and governance frameworks for consistent scalable execution

Program Streams

1. Marketing Owned: Regional demand generation, multi-channel digital campaigns, agency managed creative production and EMEA localisation of global assets
2. Customer Success and Strategy Owned: Digital touch onboarding journeys, customer health and adoption milestone programs,
3. Corporate Team: -wide community initiatives, executive engagement and advisory boards, global conference participation (Summit), thought leadership
