Job Description M&A; and Transactions Professional

Role Purpose
Deloitte is looking for a Regulatory Professional to support regulatory, M&A;, IPO and transaction requirements across critical business milestones

Key Responsibilities

- Support public listing readiness, listing preparation and capital-market transactions
- Assist with SEBI, NCLT regulations, and compliance requirements
- Undertake business financial analysis and case modelling
- Support transaction planning and execution across different stages
- Assess regulatory implications and support adherence to applicable requirements
- Work closely with senior management teams, investors and other key stakeholders

Requirements

- Experience across at least two of the following areas:
Listing support and capital-market transactions




SEBI regulations, regulatory filings and compliance requirements
Due diligence, valuation, financial analysis, business-case modelling and transaction execution

- Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory and capital-markets landscape
- Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financial statements
- Sound commercial judgment and knowledge of transaction-related considerations
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
