Role: Encompass LOS Lead

Location: PAN India

Key Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS.
- Robust understanding of Mortgage Origination and Servicing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Encompass Business Rules, Field Triggers, and Workflow Automation.
- Experience with Blend Mortgage Platform.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake.
- Experience in data issue investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Familiarity with Loan Boarding, Loan Image Extraction/Export, Pledging, and Investor-related processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Primary Responsibilities

- Analyze and document existing Encompass business rules, field triggers, workflows, and configurations.
- Investigate legacy rules and automation with limited documentation and determine their business purpose and impact.
- Identify obsolete, redundant, or unused business rules and recommend cleanup opportunities.




- Troubleshoot data issues and unexpected field updates caused by Encompass business rules or automation.
- Support and optimize loan boarding, loan image extraction/export, pledging, and investor-related workflows.
- Use SQL and Snowflake queries to analyze loan data and support troubleshooting and RCA.
- Support Encompass and Blend integrations.
- Create and maintain process, workflow, and system documentation.
