Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate and manage software product/feature development projects. The role involves working closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, while managing project execution, risks, dependencies, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Project Management experience, a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple software development projects/programs end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate software product/feature development-related project activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Manage 2 3 software development projects simultaneously.
- Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage project execution and continuously track project progress.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and technical discussions.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and project governance artifacts.
- Prepare regular project status updates and executive-level reports/presentations.
- Drive effective communication across stakeholders and project teams.
- Support software product/feature development, enhancement, and support activities.




- Manage projects through the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure alignment between technical teams, business objectives, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments and utilize relevant project management tools.
- Leverage AI/Generative AI tools, such as Claude or other AI tools, to improve project planning, documentation, analysis, and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing software development projects/programs.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in end-to-end Project/Program Management.
- Excellent Risk Management and issue/dependency management skills.
- Strong understanding and experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to drive and contribute to technical discussions related to software product/feature development, enhancement, and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Solid project planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and governance experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a product-based company is preferred.
- Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude or other Generative AI tools is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
