Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow S2P Techno-Functional SME with robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Finance processes.

The resource will work closely with the project team, business stakeholders, and technical teams to provide SME guidance, drive solution discussions, accelerate requirement closure, and help de-risk the program. The candidate should have prior experience in implementing ServiceNow S2P, with a strong understanding of the underlying data model, table structure, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the S2P Techno-Functional SME for the program.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate S2P/Finance requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead and support solution discussions, requirement workshops, and functional design.
- Provide guidance to the development team on ServiceNow S2P architecture, configuration, data model, and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of S2P tables, relationships, data structures, and process flows.
- Review proposed solutions and configurations and identify functional/technical risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Support requirement clarification, design decisions, estimation, and requirement closure.




- Work with integration teams to understand and support S2P/Finance-related integrations and data flows.
- Provide SME support during development, testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment.
- Help the program team accelerate decision-making and de-risk critical S2P requirements.
- Collaborate effectively across Business, Functional, Technical, and Delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 6 8 years of ServiceNow experience, with significant experience in S2P / Source-to-Pay.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow S2P implementation/support projects.
- Good understanding of Source-to-Pay and Finance business processes.
- Experience in conducting requirement workshops and solution/design discussions.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide practical, implementable solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for someone who is not just a ServiceNow developer, but a seasoned S2P SME who can quickly understand the existing solution, challenge/validate requirements, guide the team on the right solution approach, and independently drive closure of functional and technical discussions.

This is an urgent requirement. Immediate/short-notice availability will be preferred.
