Job Description:

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) solutions across enterprise clients.

- Define personalization strategies leveraging customer behavior, profile attributes, catalog data, and real-time interactions.

- Architect and implement Sitemap, Event Tracking, Catalog Design, User Identity Management, Segments, Recommendations, Campaigns, and Templates.

- Design scalable approaches for capturing customer interactions across websites, portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

- Develop personalization and recommendation strategies using behavioral and transactional data.

- Define customer identity resolution and profile unification strategies within MCP.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing and customer experience requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design integration frameworks between MCP and enterprise systems including CRM, CDP, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and APIs.

- Lead discovery workshops, solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical design sessions.

- Establish implementation standards, deployment strategies, documentation, and best practices.

- Optimize existing personalization programs through data analysis, campaign performance reviews, and recommendation tuning.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
