Job Description:

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business requirements.

- Work extensively on FSL objects and processes, including Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Skills, Operating Hours, and Scheduling.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.

- Configure and customize FSL scheduling and optimization, service resources, territories, skills, and appointment management.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce FSL and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and other integration mechanisms.

- Build and maintain custom LWC/Aura components and Apex-based business logic.

- Work on Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules,



Approval Processes, Record Types, Permission Sets, Profiles, and Security Model.

- Perform data migration, data loading, data mapping, and data validation activities where required.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, defect fixing, deployment, and production support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore development teams.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor-limit considerations, coding standards, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and technical solutions.
