Job Summary

Rathi Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support project execution across fabrication, pyrolysis, and recycling operations.

The role involves assisting with project planning and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, supervising fabrication and installation activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

- Supervise fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and ensure timely delivery.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and safety records.





- Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and Project Managers and provide regular project progress updates.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to fabrication and recycling processes.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and material handling.

- Exposure to pyrolysis or recycling plant operations is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Robust problem-solving ability with good attention to detail.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- 3 5 years of relevant industry experience.

- Candidates with experience in fabrication, pyrolysis, or recycling industries will be preferred.
