Job Description:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.

- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

- Perform As-Is / To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, and identify opportunities for process and digital improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Participate in and contribute to PI (Program Increment) Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Support prioritisation and management of product backlogs, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

- Work closely with technology teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.

- Support UAT, validation, defect resolution, and implementation activities where required.

- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and enhancement of business processes and platforms.

- Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
