Expertise in MPH  Dedicated to determining the time required to manufacture a product through the utilisation of an appropriate method. Prescribing the necessary detailed process steps using appropriate gestures (ergonomics)  People management accountability and Maintain Positive IR with all Stack holder  Understand the Skill Matrix and focused on Skill Enhancement  Hands on experience on MPH, Manpower planning, Skill matrix preparation, IE Calculation, MPP Meet, LAMD, MTM, Ergonomics Functional Competencies: LADM, MTM, Ergonomics, OEE , KE , 5s Expert, Hands on experience SAP,5s, Lean Waste reduction, Green Belt, manpower planning, Knowledge on SPS
