Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance scalable product and platform solutions.
- Work on technology platforms supporting programmatic advertising and digital media campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, QA, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Contribute to architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in testing, automation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Work on continuous improvement of existing products and platform capabilities.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, and cloud technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, product development, or a related technology role.
- Strong experience building and supporting scalable product-based applications and platforms.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced product environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Strong focus on code quality, performance, security, testing, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, digital media, campaign management, or analytics will be an advantage.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
- Solid interest in emerging technologies and a product-oriented approach to problem-solving.
