Responsibilities

- Develop refractory design, material selection, and installation methodology tailored to Steel segment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive cost optimization, reliability improvements, and heat-loss reduction in furnace operations.
- Represent the company in technical meetings, audits, and customer presentations.
- Engage with customers for technical discussions, solution design, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Profile/Competencies

- B.E. Mechanical,

- Furnace design, heat transfer, and material behavior knowledge
