Facility Executive – Soft Services

We're seeking a versatile Facility Executive who combines people skills with technical know-how to deliver exceptional facility operations across soft services and MEP systems.

What You'll Do

Soft Services Management:

- Oversee daily operations for housekeeping, cafeteria support, reception, pest control, and waste management
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and conduct quality audits across all service areas
- Coordinate workplace activities including meeting room setups, visitor management, and ad-hoc service requests
- Manage consumables inventory (cleaning supplies, pantry items, washroom supplies) and control costs

MEP Responsibilities:

- Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct routine inspections of MEP equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with contractors for MEP repairs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Monitor building systems performance and identify potential issues proactively

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service reports and present updates to stakeholders




- Maintain records, checklists, and documentation for audits and compliance

What You Bring

Essential:

- 5 years of experience in facilities operations covering both soft services and technical maintenance
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage MEP responsibilities alongside soft service operations
- Solid vendor management skills with experience tracking SLAs and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts or provide on-call support as per site requirements

Preferred:

- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant technical certifications
- Experience in commercial office or corporate facility environments
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Certification in Facility Management or related fields
