Supply Head – Home & Kitchen

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 2–3+ years

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Head – Home & Kitchen to build and scale the non-food supply ecosystem across Home, Kitchen and General Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the manufacturer, wholesaler and vendor ecosystem.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard high-quality suppliers.
- Own category supply, assortment, margins, inventory and commercial outcomes.
- Develop solid vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
- Use data and category insights to improve profitability and availability.
- Build the supply function from an early stage and eventually lead a team.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–3+ years of experience in category/supply management across e-commerce, quick commerce or organised retail.
- Experience in Home, Kitchen, General Merchandise or adjacent non-food categories.
- Strong understanding of vendors, sourcing, category economics and P&L.;
- Strong numerical/analytical skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- Experience building or scaling a category/supply ecosystem.
- Bengaluru-based or willing to relocate.
