What You'll Do

• Originate and onboard new HNI/UHNI clients and fresh AUM onto the Borderless platform

• Build relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, founders, entrepreneurs, global professionals, and NRIs

• Develop your own pipeline through networking, referrals,



and strategic partnerships

• Present Borderless's global banking and investment platform to prospective clients

• Convert prospects into long-term clients and deepen engagement across investments and cross-border solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5–12 years in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, with a genuine track record of raising fresh AUM (not just managing an inherited book)

• An active, warm network among HNI/UHNI, founder, or NRI communities in Mumbai - this is non-negotiable

• Hands-on experience with direct equity, PMS, AIFs, or global portfolios - mutual-funds-only backgrounds won't be a fit

• CFA, CFP, or NISM certification is a plus, not a requirement

• Comfort with a startup pace - building process as you go, rather than following an established playbook

• Advisors from multi-family offices or investment advisory firms ready to build something of their own
