Job Title: Home Helper

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living and routine household needs.

- Provide support with cleaning, laundry, bed-making, dishwashing, and general tidying.

- Assist with meal preparation and maintaining essential household supplies.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and attending appointments.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.

- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the appropriate supervisor.

- Maintain effective communication with clients, families, colleagues, and supervisors.

- Participate in handovers to ensure continuity of care and support.

- Respect clients' dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and individual needs at all times.

- Follow health, safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality procedures.

RequirementsPrevious experience in home care, elderly care, domestic assistance, caregiving, or community care will be an advantage.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, caring, and reliable personality.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Willingness to perform domestic and physically demanding tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and respect for clients.

Working Conditions
