Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) - Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and views - Develop model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps - Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party applications - Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI - Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements - Perform unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs Overview - • Work as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer contributing to digital transformation initiatives • Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement • Collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative workplace Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus - Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization and development - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform
