Job Summary: We are hiring agile and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with international customers via calls/chats/emails

- Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally

- Promote products, services, and special offers

- Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets





- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and night shift

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
Freshers are eligible.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

BenefitsCTC: ₹2.55 LPA
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹17,000 per month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
