Position Title: Junior / Fresher Architect
Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Reporting To: Senior Project Architect / Principal

Drafting & Modeling: Create 2D floor plans,



elevations, and sections using AutoCAD. Build 3D models and renderings using 3d and Presentation Software
Check local building codes, zoning rules, and material specifications under supervision.
Assist in aligning architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
Software & Technical Skills
~ Advanced proficiency in CAD
~3D Modeling & Rendering: Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Blender.
~ Presentation & Graphics: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote.

Fundamental knowledge of standard construction methods, building materials, and detailing principles.
Familiarity with local planning regulations and building bylaws.
