n n Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager (Freelancer)
n Employment Type: Freelance Opportunity
n Reports To: Founder
n Compensation: ₹10,000/month (Freelance Stipend)
n Location: Remote (Mumbai-based candidates preferred)
n Availability: This is a part-time freelance role requiring:
n a. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 5–6 hours per day
n b. Thursday & Friday (after 5:00 PM): 3–4 hours per day
n c. Flexibility to attend up to 4 offline events/Worli Office per month in Mumbai
n Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
n Experience Required: Mandatory prior work experience with corporates, brands in full time or internship or freelance capacity within design, social media, content creation, community management, or a related field.

n Role Overview
n We're looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Social Media & Community Manager to help grow Glo's digital presence and community.
n This is a hands-on execution role combining social media management, community engagement and content creation. You'll work closely with the founder to execute the content strategy, engage with members, and create high-quality visual content that reflects Glo's brand.
n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wellness, understands social media trends, has robust design skills, and loves building engaged online communities.
n Scope of Work
n 40% – Design, Shoot & Edit Content
n n Design Instagram carousels, stories and community creatives
n Create and edit reels and short-form videos




n Repurpose existing content into fresh creatives
n Maintain visual consistency across all content
n Work closely with the founder to execute creative ideas
n n 40% – Social Media Management
n n Schedule and publish content across Instagram and other platforms
n Execute workflow based on the monthly content calendar
n Write or adapt captions where required
n Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
n n "Monthly Deliverables:10–12 creatives per month (posts, reels, stories or videos, based on content requirements)"
n 20% – Community Building
n n Manage and moderate Glo's WhatsApp community
n Support member onboarding and community interactions
n Support community operations and member experience
n n What We're Looking For
n n Active, intuitive user of Instagram and WhatsApp — not as a job requirement, but as a genuine way you move through the world
n Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to work within established brand guidelines. Proficiency in Canva/Instagram edits/filmora is required.
n Working knowledge of basic social media best practices
n Real investment in wellness — fitness, movement, food, recovery, sport. In some form. This matters.
n Organised as a baseline, not an aspiration
n Can independently execute tasks with attention to detail.
n n Nice to Have
n n Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and ManyChat.
n You can take a brief and turn it into a well designed post & caption
n Existing familiarity with Mumbai's wellness scene
n n What This Is Not
n This is not a full-time role.
n It's not for someone who needs hand-holding on every task.
n And it's not for someone who isn't genuinely passionate about how people live and move
