n Position: Area Sales Manager
n Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales
n CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Advantages
n Location: Multiple Locations
n Key Responsibilities
n • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Advisors.
n • Set clear targets and ensure achievement through effective team management.
n • Guide team members on customer acquisition and sales activities.
n • Drive business growth through the Agency Channel.
n • Develop and implement effective sales and market strategies.




n • Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
n • Monitor team performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
n Candidate Profile
n • Graduation is mandatory.
n • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales.
n • Prior team handling or leadership experience will be preferred.
n • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
n • Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
n • Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
