n Role Description
n The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for:
n n Driving sales of security services by identifying recent business opportunities
n Meeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutions




n n Day-to-day responsibilities include
n n Lead Generation
n Managing the sales pipeline
n Preparing proposals
n Negotiating contracts
n Achieving revenue targets
n n The role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.
n Qualifications
n n Strong skills in sales development
n 1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries
n Proficiency in basic business tools
n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
n n A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
