- Position Title: Junior / Fresher Architect
- Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- Reporting To: Senior Project Architect / Principal

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Modeling: Create 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD. Build 3D models and renderings using 3d and Presentation Software
- Design Assistance: Support the team in preparing schematic design options and client presentation decks.
- Research: Check local building codes, zoning rules,



and material specifications under supervision.
- Coordination: Assist in aligning architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.

Site Visits: Accompany senior architects to construction sites to record progress and take notes.

Software & Technical Skills

- Drafting: Advanced proficiency in CAD
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Blender.
- Presentation & Graphics: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote.

Core Knowledge

- Solid understanding of architectural drafting standards, scale, and projection geometry.
- Fundamental knowledge of standard construction methods, building materials, and detailing principles.
- Familiarity with local planning regulations and building bylaws.

Soft Skills

- Solid visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and accepting feedback.
