Job Description About the Role:
n Accordible Facility Management is looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building a solid sales pipeline, and converting leads into business for our facility management and engineering service verticals. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, field meetings, follow-ups, and target-based growth.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Generate leads through cold calling, emails, field visits, networking, and market research.
n Identify potential clients across hotels, corporates, malls, hospitals, and commercial properties.
n Pitch Accordible's services and understand client requirements.
n Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and business discussions.
n Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial details.
n Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
n Coordinate with internal teams for costing, feasibility,



and project handover.
n Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
n Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n n Ideal Candidate:
n n 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
n Experience in facility management, manpower, housekeeping, technical services, hospitality, or B2B services will be preferred.
n Strong communication and follow-up skills.
n Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, field visits, and sales targets.
n Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic sales reporting.
n Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to grow in sales.
