n Signature Dwellings is expanding its channel sales team in South Bengaluru. We're hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate.
n What You'll Do
n n Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru
n Generate and qualify leads through your partner network
n Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion
n Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention




n Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets
n n What We're Looking For
n n 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing
n An active, working channel partner network
n Proven sourcing and lead generation track record
n Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
n Based in or willing to work across South Bengaluru
