As a SAP Subscription Order Management - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming client engagements within our SAP practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that drive business value and enhance client satisfaction. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive engagement workstreams by independently solving complex problems to produce quality deliverables. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your strategic planning and mentoring skills to lead teams and manage client accounts. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and motivating others to deliver quality outcomes. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Subscription Order Management projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP Finance initiatives
- Utilizing SAP FICO and SAP Central Finance to enhance financial reporting and analytics
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable SAP solutions for financial management
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP finance teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within financial frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
- Managing financial risk through cutting-edge solutions and strategies
- Leading teams in financial transformation projects within SAP environments
