As an Audit and Assurance - Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the credibility and reliability of financial statements and internal controls for a diverse range of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will assist clients in developing solutions that build trust, drive improvement, and detect, monitor, and predict risk. Your work will involve leveraging advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to enable clients to make informed decisions based on accurate and trustworthy information.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be expected to adapt to working with various clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

- Assisting in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance audit and assurance processes




- Utilizing advanced analytics and data wrangling tools to support decision-making and risk assessment
- Collaborating with team members to evaluate financial statements and internal controls for accuracy and compliance
- Applying programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and Java to automate data analysis tasks
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize audit efficiency and effectiveness
- Leveraging Microsoft Power BI and other visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards
- Supporting the integration of technology solutions to improve data reliability and accessibility
- Participating in client engagements to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Developing a foundational understanding of professional and technical standards in audit and assurance
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
