As a Risk & Regulatory - Capital Markets - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing customer service experiences. You will work closely with clients to analyze processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to improve service delivery and drive customer loyalty. Within our Finance practice, you will leverage your skills to streamline processes and boost business performance, providing guidance on implementing customer service technologies and designing service models.
As a Manager, you will lead project delivery and client relationships in risk management engagements, overseeing work across market, counterparty, credit, and model risk. You will supervise teams, contribute to practice development, and serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, embracing technology and innovation, and articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Your leadership will inspire others to deliver quality, and your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements in risk management, focusing on market, counterparty, credit, and model risk
- Designing and implementing risk frameworks, including FRTB implementation and CCR methodologies
- Managing project plans, budgets, and timelines to deliver client solutions effectively
- Supervising and mentoring senior associates and associates to enhance team performance
- Developing strategies to optimize customer service operations and enhance customer experiences
- Analyzing customer service processes to identify pain points and improve service delivery
- Providing guidance on implementing customer service technologies and designing service models
- Building and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders at VP/Director levels
- Utilizing business process management and customer relationship management skills to drive business performance
- Encouraging team development and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations
- Promoting the use of creative technologies and leading practices in risk management and customer service
- Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members to address conflicts or issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
