n We are hiring a Marketing Generalist to run day-to-day marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, proactive, and can coordinate content production and publishing with minimal follow-ups.
n Salary range is 6-7 LPA
n Reporting and ways of working
n n You will work closely with the brand and growth functions to keep the weekly execution cadence tight (calendar, assets, and reporting).
n n What you will do
n n Calendar + execution ops Maintain the quarterly and weekly marketing calendar.
n Keep a 2-week planned runway with transparent deadlines and approvals.
n Content production execution Coordinate shoots end-to-end (schedules, requirements, on-ground checklists, asset handover). Design and get final posts approved.




n Publishing + community execution Publish content across Instagram and support publishing across LinkedIn, WhatsApp/Email, and website updates as needed.
n Execute daily community engagement (comments, DMs), and escalate edge cases.
n Cross-channel adaptation Adapt content across channels using Brand Lead's templates and tone guardrails.
n Ensure outbound comms stay on-brand.
n Tracking + reporting Maintain trackers for engagement and campaign outcomes.
n Share a weekly performance snapshot and learnings with the CEO + Brand Lead (what to repeat, what to stop, what to test next).
n n What you will need
n n Strong execution and project management.
n Clear writing and attention to detail.
n Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Canva (or willing to learn fast).
n Ability to coordinate people and vendors and close loops without follow-ups.
