Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
Explain study abroad opportunities, university programs, and consultancy services.
Understand student requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify student leads for the counselling team.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/Excel.




Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Freshers
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experienced Candidates
~ Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Student Counselling, Sales, Educational Consultancy, or related fields will be an added advantage.
