Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (Australia Division)

>> Responsibilities :

Proficiency in Excel and Cloud Accounting Software
End-to-end Accounts Payable (Dext upload, coding & processing bills in Xero)
Supplier payment batches, statement reconciliation & follow-ups
Fortnightly payroll for 30–60 employees (wages, super, leave, PAYG)
Daily/weekly bank reconciliations (15+ accounts, high transaction volume)
Month-end bookkeeping & ad hoc financial reporting

>> Preferred Skills :

Solid working knowledge of Xero & Dext
High attention to detail with ability to manage high transaction volumes
Good communication skills for supplier & staff coordination

>> Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Payroll (Australian process preferred).
Freshers CA: Eligible with strong skills in Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable Tasks (any country)
