We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and drive growth by managing large enterprise relationships.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Own and drive revenue growth from assigned strategic enterprise accounts with wallet size ranging from INR 50 Cr to INR 500+ Cr.
n • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets (INR 10 Cr+ per year).
n • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, etc.).
n • Drive consultative selling of SHI Locuz offerings including:
n o Cloud & Data Center Transformation




n o Managed Services
n o IT Infrastructure Modernization
n o Cybersecurity Solutions
n o Network & Collaboration Solutions
n • Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
n • Track market trends and customer needs to provide strategic inputs for new solution development.
n Required Skills & Experience:
n • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or system integration space.
n • Proven track record of handling enterprise accounts with annual revenue contributions of INR 10 Cr+.
n • Experience in managing complex accounts ranging between INR 50 Cr to INR 500+ Cr in size.
n • Deep understanding of SHI solutions or similar IT service offerings.
n • Solid customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
