Job Description Senior / 4–7 years • Visakhapatnam, India (In office)
n Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP
n What you'll do:
n ● Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.
n ● Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.
n ● Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.
n ● Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.
n ● Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.
n What we're looking for:
n ● Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.
n ● 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.
n ● Strong understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.
n ● Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.
n Software: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
