This includes managing space planning to optimize the use of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating onsite support activities. The role requires utilizing various tools and data-driven solutions to maintain efficient and high-quality work environments. The practitioner works to create safe, functional, and well-organized workplaces that enhance employee productivity and align with the broader business objectives.

Daily tasks often involve monitoring facility operations, addressing workplace challenges, and collaborating with different stakeholders to maintain seamless service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.





Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace service delivery and operational efficiency.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on workplace management goals.

Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to build capability within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Strong knowledge of workplace service operations including space planning, facilities management, and safety compliance.

Experience with workplace management tools and data analytics to monitor and improve service delivery.

Ability to coordinate and manage onsite support activities effectively across multiple locations.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address workplace challenges and implement practical solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Desk Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
