Key skills required

· Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:

o Workday Studio o Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)

o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

· Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures

· Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues

· Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

Your Profile

· Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory

· Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects

· Experience delivering end‑to‑end Workday technical architecture solutions





· Robust expertise in end‑to‑end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape

· Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders

· Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design

· Client‑facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture

· Hands‑on experience with middleware and integration technologies

· Proven experience defining and building interfaces using:

o Core Connectors o EIB o PICOF / PECI o Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound)

o Payroll Interfaces o Extend o Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields o Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred o Good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes
