We’re Hiring | Workday Sr. HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Sr. HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and work closely with clients on Workday HCM implementation, enhancement, and post-production support.

Position: Workday Sr. HCM Functional Consultant

Total Experience: 16 Years

Relevant Workday Experience: 5 Years

Location: Chennai | Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Provide post-production support and enhancement services across Workday HCM

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support team members and clients

- Participate in Workday HCM module implementations and enhancements

- Gather requirements, map business processes, and configure Workday using best practices

- Manage client relationships and resolve complex support requests

- Lead requirement analysis and scoping sessions with clients and internal teams

- Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, complexity, and availability

- Collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client issues

- Provide Workday best-practice recommendations and ensure quality deliverables





- Communicate project updates and configuration recommendations effectively

- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and practice development

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes, Reporting & Security

✅ Deep expertise in one or more Workday HCM functional areas

✅ Experience in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking is preferred

✅ 5 years of recent experience implementing/supporting Workday HCM modules

✅ Strong experience in Workday HCM deployments and operational support

✅ Excellent client relationship management and communication skills

✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams

✅ Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring
