Job Title: Workday HCM Technical Consultant Required Skillset: Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors Location: Mumbai Experience Range: 5+ years : We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development, along with a solid understanding of Workday HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using:

- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.) 1. Build and manage inbound and outbound integrations
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Work with SOAP/REST APIs and XML/XSLT transformations
- Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders Required Skills: 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Workday development Strong expertise in:
- Workday Studio
- EIB & Core Connectors
- Workday HCM modules Experience with:
- Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Calculated fields Knowledge of:
- XML, XSLT, JSON
- SOAP / REST APIs Understanding of:
- Workday security & business process framework Soft Skills - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
