We are looking for an experienced Sr. D&T; Analyst – HCM Core to join the Digital & Technology Human Capital Management team. The role will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM Core and other HR technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday functional expertise, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. This role will work closely with global HR, business, technology teams, and third-party partners to drive system improvements and deliver a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Lead Analyst for global HR technology, process, data, and system initiatives.

- Provide day-to-day operational support and ensure the health, stability, and sustainability of HR systems.

- Configure and troubleshoot Workday HCM, including:

- Business Processes

- Complex Calculated Fields

- Integrations

- EIBs

- Security

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications and solution recommendations.

- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize requirements, and improve processes using Workday capabilities.

- Lead initiatives through discovery, planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and stabilization.

- Develop test scenarios/scripts, execute testing, and support UAT and production stabilization.

- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.

- Communicate system and process changes effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements.





- Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members.

- Stay current with emerging HR technology trends and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

- 7 years of experience supporting and delivering complex IT solutions.

- 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, solutions, and supporting Workday HCM Core – Mandatory.

- Experience with a complex global Workday implementation or transformation project.

- Strong experience in Workday configuration, troubleshooting, data, business processes, integrations, EIBs, calculated fields, and security.

- Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.

- Experience with production support, stabilization, and continuous improvement.

- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal guidance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with third-party vendors and contractors.

Preferred Profile

- 9 years of overall experience supporting/delivering complex IT solutions.

- Strong experience in global HR technology environments.

- Experience leading Workday HCM projects and enhancements.
