We are looking for an experienced Windchill+ Data Migration Specialist to lead large-scale PLM data migration initiatives. If you have strong expertise in Windchill/Windchill+, CAD data, and data transformation, this is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

? Key Responsibilities

? Windchill+ Data Migration Execution

- Execute large-scale migrations using Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tools, loaders & APIs
- Develop data load files, mappings, scripts & transformation utilities
- Manage pre-load validation, execution, post-load verification & error resolution
- Optimize migration performance and coordinate with SaaS tenants & release cycles

? Legacy Data Analysis & Preparation
- Analyze legacy systems ( PLM/PDM/CAD/ERP ) and define mapping templates
- Standardize:
- Naming conventions
- Versioning rules
- WTPart structures
- CAD–WTPart associations
- Lead data cleansing & governance alignment

? Testing & Validation
- Plan and execute:
- Test migration cycles




- UAT test scenarios for validation
- Perform data reconciliation, pivot analysis, and root cause analysis
- Resolve migration errors with corrective measures

⚙️ Technical Skills

- 7+ years experience in PLM data migration
- Minimum 3+ years in Windchill / Windchill+
- Hands-on experience with:
- Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration tools
- Windchill loaders (WBM, Info*Engine utilities)

? Core Expertise

- Migration of:
- CAD Data (Creo preferred; NX/SolidWorks a plus)
- Documents, WTParts & metadata
- Robust knowledge of:
- WTParts, EBOM management
- CAD–WTPart associations
- Mapping & transformation logic (attributes, soft types, classification)
- SQL / Oracle proficiency for data extraction & validation
- Scripting skills:
- Python / Shell / PowerShell

? Functional Knowledge

- Understanding of:
- Windchill+ data model, lifecycle & workflows
- Security and access rules
- Experience migrating from:
- Legacy PLM/PDM systems
- CAD vaults
- ERP engineering data
