ERAYA is looking for a Senior CAE/FEA Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on industry experience to join our engineering team in Noida. If you enjoy solving real-world engineering problems through simulation and can independently take a CAE project from model preparation to technical reporting, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do

- Independently execute CAE/FEA projects from problem definition to final reporting
- Develop simulation models from 3D CAD models and engineering drawings
- Perform static, nonlinear, modal, buckling and fatigue analyses
- Handle meshing, contacts, material properties, boundary conditions and load cases
- Analyse and interpret simulation results
- Provide engineering recommendations for design improvement and optimisation
- Validate results through analytical calculations and/or test data
- Prepare detailed technical simulation reports
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and client engineering teams What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional CAE/FEA experience
- Robust knowledge of FEA fundamentals, engineering mechanics and strength of materials
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS / Abaqus / HyperWorks / OptiStruct / LS-DYNA / Nastran or similar tools




- Strong structural analysis and post-processing skills
- Ability to independently manage simulation projects
- Good understanding of CAD models and engineering drawings
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on real-world engineering components, assemblies or structures
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field Good to Have
- Experience with welded and fabricated structures
- Automotive, aerospace, rail, industrial machinery or energy-sector experience
- CFD or multiphysics experience
- CAD experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX or similar software
- Client-facing/project management experience
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
