Role Description The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will manage day-to-day digital marketing activities and content creation for Swain Global Ventures and its brands, with a primary focus on AgainNatural. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bhubaneswar, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing content for SEO and performance, and coordinating with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves writing and editing content for websites,



blogs, email marketing, and marketplaces, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and insights to guide strategy.

The Digital

Marketing & Content Executive will support brand launches, marketplace listings, and ongoing experiments in AI-driven and wellness-focused digital experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, social media management, and basic performance tracking/analytics.

Candidates should possess content-related skills, such as copywriting, content planning, and editing for web, social, and email.

Candidates should possess an understanding of brand, marketing, and D2C/e-commerce, including familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) and online customer journeys.

Candidates should possess research and analytical abilities, with comfort using digital tools to study audiences, competitors, and trends.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a hybrid work environment.

Experience or interest in wellness, Ayurveda, Yoga, or AI-driven products is beneficial.

Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.

Comfort with basic design tools, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems will be an advantage.
