At Catalyzecorp, we’re looking for a highly creative Blender Artist who doesn’t just know how to model — but can visualise ideas, create experiences and turn concepts into content that gets attention.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3D Modelling

Create high-quality product, architectural, environment and conceptual 3D models.

Sculpting

Strong understanding of digital sculpting, detailing, topology and asset development.

3D Animation

Bring concepts to life through animation, motion, camera movement, lighting and cinematic rendering.

Look Development

Materials, textures, lighting, composition and realistic/stylised rendering.

Social Media Creativity

Create scroll-stopping Reels, short-form videos, 3D animations and visual campaigns for our social platforms.

AI + 3D

Interest in experimenting with AI-generated assets, AI video, procedural workflows and emerging creative technologies is a major advantage.

THE IDEAL PERSON

We’re looking for someone who thinks:

“How can I make this look incredible?”

—not—

“What was I asked to make?”

You should have

- Robust Blender skills
- 3D modelling + sculpting experience
- Animation & rendering knowledge
- A strong visual/creative sense




- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating your work
- Curiosity to learn AI and emerging technologies
- Interest in social media, branding and content creation
- Ability to take an idea from concept → 3D → animation → published content THE BIG PLUS

If you can create 3D AND understand social media, you could be an excellent fit.

We want someone who can eventually take ownership of:

3D Content → Reels → Creative Campaigns → Social Media → Brand Growth
