We’re Hiring | WEDDING PLANNER – GOA

Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a passionate, organised and people-oriented Wedding Planner to join our growing team in Goa.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a wedding journey — from the first client conversation and planning stage to vendor coordination and the final on-ground execution.

Your Role

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating weddings while ensuring that every detail is planned, communicated and executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements, preferences, expectations and wedding vision
- Assist in planning and managing weddings from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, venues and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain wedding timelines, checklists, schedules and planning documents
- Coordinate venue visits, meetings and vendor discussions
- Manage vendor communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics including accommodation, transportation, guest movements and event schedules
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with budgets, quotations, costing and planning requirements
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide timely updates
- Manage wedding-day operations and ensure timelines are executed smoothly
- Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and take quick, practical decisions on-ground




- Coordinate with the internal team and delegate responsibilities during events
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors throughout the planning process.

We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, hospitality or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Strong attention to detail

Confidence in communicating with premium clients and vendors

Ability to negotiate, coordinate and follow up effectively

Calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and during wedding events

Willingness to travel for weddings and venue visits A genuine passion for weddings, hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
