We’re looking for a technically strong Website Developer who can build high-quality websites while ensuring they are fast, search-friendly, and technically sound.

Experience: 3+ years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, customise and maintain WordPress websites, including websites developed from scratch

Translate Figma designs into responsive, functional websites

Use Figma-AI and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design-to-development workflows

Implement and manage technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, schema, redirects and sitemaps

Optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance

Identify and resolve technical website and SEO issues

Work closely with UI/UX, content and digital marketing teams WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of relevant website development experience

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress

Ability to develop and customise websites beyond standard templates

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

At least basic working knowledge of Python





Experience translating Figma designs into websites

Hands-on experience with Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO, Google Search Console and similar technical SEO tools

Good understanding of responsive design, site performance, structured data and technical SEO

Familiarity with AI coding/development tools and up-to-date AI-assisted workflows WHAT YOU WILL GET
