Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and back-end engineers to turn complex business needs and UI/UX designs into responsive, secure, and user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Execution

· Build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications using up-to-date web development practices.

· Translate Figma / Adobe XD mockups and wireframes into clean, high-performance client-side code.

· Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to connect front-end interfaces with back-end databases.

2. Performance, Optimization & Security

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and overall accessibility compliance across devices.

· Optimize website speed, page load times, and database queries for maximum performance and scalability.

· Implement standard cybersecurity best practices to safeguard user data and protect applications against vulnerabilities.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

· Debug, test, and resolve technical bugs or layout issues across active web platforms.

· Conduct code reviews, maintain version control (Git), and write clear technical documentation.

· Perform routine website maintenance, software updates, and server infrastructure health checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience:



2–4 years of proven experience in web development with a portfolio of live projects.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

· Technical Skills:

o Front-End: Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/TailwindCSS, JavaScript (ES6 ), and modern frameworks like [React.js / Vue.js / Angular].

o Back-End: Experience with server-side languages/frameworks such as [Node.js / Python (Django/FastAPI) / PHP (Laravel) / Java / C#].

o Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like [PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB].

o Tools & Workflow: Proficiency in version control systems (Git/GitHub), API tools (Postman), and deployment pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, AWS/Vercel).

· Soft Skills:

o Strong logical problem-solving and debugging abilities.

o Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

o Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

· Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.

· Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
