Role Description The Web Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for StrategicERP’s web-based applications and marketing sites. Day-to-day activities include creating website layouts and prototypes, developing responsive designs for multiple devices, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective online experiences.

Designer will produce and refine graphics, icons, and other visual assets consistent with brand guidelines, while optimizing pages for usability, accessibility, and performance. The role also involves iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring that interfaces remain up-to-date, clear, and aligned with product and client needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design for modern, user-centered interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for visual assets, icons, and layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development for implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Candidates should have experience with UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO best practices.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and effective communication skills.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, and experience designing B2B or SaaS products, is preferred.
