About the Role We are looking for a Wealth Manager with 2–3 years of experience in wealth management, investment products, fixed income, or capital raising. Key Responsibilities:
Drive distribution of secured & unsecured NCDs.
Build relationships with IFAs, Wealth Managers, HNIs, Family Offices & Distributors.
Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI investors.
Conduct investor meetings and product presentations.
Manage fundraising pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Ensure smooth investor onboarding and regulatory compliance. Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience.
Robust HNI/IFA/Distributor network.
Knowledge of NCDs, Bonds, Mutual Funds & Fixed Income.
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
MBA Finance / CA / CFA / CFP preferred.
